To register and maintain an Account on kiss189, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
kiss189 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kiss189 may merge or close the duplicate Account(s), void any associated Bonus Funds, and forfeit any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity carried out through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your sole responsibility.
You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. kiss189 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details, must be accurate and kept current. Any material change to your personal details must be communicated to us promptly.
All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kiss189 supports the following MYR payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, and USDT at prevailing exchange rates at time of processing.
The minimum deposit is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ by payment channel and will be displayed on the withdrawal screen at time of request. kiss189 does not charge internal processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of the payment method used for your deposit before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional documentation at kiss189's discretion.
kiss189 operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit. If this is not technically feasible, an alternative approved method will be used.
kiss189 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. We will notify the affected Player as soon as practicable if such action is taken.
From time to time, kiss189 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of opt-in and must be read in full before accepting any offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise:
kiss189 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any amendment shall not adversely affect a Player who has already accepted and commenced wagering under the terms of an existing promotion.
All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player once the relevant game round or event has commenced. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and market, before confirming a wager.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest error in any game or betting market, kiss189 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings attributable to a malfunction or manifest error are not payable.
Sportsbook markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport and governing body. Live betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered sports, match results are confirmed based on official competition results. Any bets placed on events with incomplete results will be settled in accordance with our sport-specific rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. kiss189 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings voided:

Self-exclusion requests submitted to kiss189 will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications. Early reinstatement of a self-exclusion is not permitted.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the kiss189 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of kiss189 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss189 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
kiss189 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a Platform outage or technical failure, our liability is limited to refunding any stakes placed during the period of malfunction.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
kiss189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any cleared Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.
Where an Account is closed by kiss189 as a result of a breach of these Terms, kiss189 reserves the right to retain any Balance in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kiss189 may forfeit the Balance to cover administrative costs, losses incurred, or as a regulatory sanction.
